327.735. Unlawful use of title of licensed interior designer. — It is unlawful for any person to advertise or indicate to the public that the person is a licensed interior designer in this state, unless such person is licensed as a licensed interior designer by the board and is in good standing pursuant to sections 327.700 to 327.750.
