Judicial dissolution — who may request — granted when. — On application by or for a partner, the circuit court of the county of the principal place of business or of the registered office of the limited partnership may decree dissolution of a limited partnership whenever it is not reasonably practicable to carry on the business in conformity with the partnership agreement.
