Comprehensive substance treatment and rehabilitation program — department of social services may seek IMD exclusion waiver. — The department of social services may seek a waiver of the Institutions for Mental Disease (IMD) exclusion for the comprehensive substance treatment and rehabilitation program as administered by the department of mental health.
