NRS 118A.050 “Building, housing and health codes” defined. “Building, housing and health codes” include any law, ordinance or governmental regulation concerning: 1. Health, safety, sanitation or fitness for habitation; or 2. The construction, maintenance, operation, occupancy, use or appearance, Ê of any premises or dwelling unit. (Added to NRS by 1977, 1330)
