NRS 118B.0117 “Corporate cooperative park” defined. “Corporate cooperative park” means a manufactured home park owned by a nonprofit cooperative corporation formed pursuant to chapter 81 of NRS that is wholly owned or controlled by the tenants of the park. (Added to NRS by 2001, 1937)
