NRS 126.520 “Domestic partner” defined. “Domestic partner” means a person who is in a domestic partnership which is registered or recognized pursuant to chapter 122A of NRS and which has not been terminated pursuant to that chapter. (Added to NRS by 2013, 806; A 2017, 291)
