NRS 126.590 “Intended parent” defined. “Intended parent” means a person, married or unmarried, who manifests the intent as provided in NRS 126.500 to 126.810, inclusive, to be legally bound as the parent of a child resulting from assisted reproduction. (Added to NRS by 2013, 807)
