“Marital partner” defined.

NRS 127A.110 “Marital partner” defined. “Marital partner” means two persons, regardless of gender, who are at least 18 years of age, not nearer of kin than second cousins or cousins of the half blood, and not having a spouse living, who are joined in marriage. (Added to NRS by 2025, 1475)
