NRS 127C.080 “Specific consent to adoption” defined. “Specific consent to adoption” means a document that is executed in an identified adoption which: 1. Terminates or retains the parental right of the person executing the document; and 2. Authorizes the child to be adopted by a specifically named person or persons. (Added to NRS by 2025, 1526)
