NRS 127C.100 When adoptive placement occurs. An adoptive placement occurs when: 1. A parent executes a specific consent to adoption or relinquishment; or 2. A child-placing agency grants physical custody of a child in its custody to a prospective adoptive parent or parents for adoption. (Added to NRS by 2025, 1526)
