NRS 127C.230 Specific consent to adoption or relinquishment required from certain parents and legal guardians. Except as provided in NRS 127C.240, a specific consent to adoption or a relinquishment is required from: 1. Each parent of the child who is alive; and 2. Any legal guardian of the person of the child appointed by a court of competent jurisdiction.
