NRS 127E.120 Required documentation and evidence; confidentiality. 1. A copy of one of the following must be placed in the record of the confirmatory adoption: (a) The birth certificate of the child listing the prospective adoptive parent as a parent of the child; (b) A court order establishing parentage of the child; or (c) Any other evidence that is deemed sufficient by the court to establish parentage of the child. 2. A document or other evidence described in subsection 1 is confidential. (Added to NRS by 2025, 1507)
