NRS 147.080 Claims founded on written instrument or secured by mortgage or lien. 1. If a claim is founded upon a bond, bill, note or other instrument, the original instrument need not be filed, but a copy, with all endorsements, must be attached to the statement of the claim and filed therewith. 2.
