NRS 159A.043 Titles of petitions; captions of petitions and other documents. 1. All petitions filed in a guardianship proceeding pursuant to this chapter must bear the title of the court and cause. 2. The caption of all petitions and other documents filed in a guardianship proceeding pursuant to this chapter must read, “In The Matter of the Guardianship of ................ (the person, the estate, or the person and estate), ................ (the legal name of the person), protected minor.” (Added to NRS by 2017, 818, 2553)
