NRS 172.259 Publication of fact that no indictment was issued by grand jury. After a grand jury investigation is concluded: 1. A person who was the subject of the investigation but against whom an indictment was not returned; or 2. A district attorney, with the permission of that person, Ê may make public the fact that no indictment was issued as a result of the grand jury’s investigation. (Added to NRS by 1985, 1028)
