NRS 176A.550 Terms and conditions; modification; notice to probationer. 1. In ordering a probationer to be placed in residential confinement, the Chief Parole and Probation Officer may establish the terms and conditions of that confinement. 2. The Chief Parole and Probation Officer may, at any time, modify the terms and conditions of the residential confinement. 3. The Chief Parole and Probation Officer shall cause a copy of the order to be delivered to the probationer. (Added to NRS by 1991, 314)
