NRS 179.199 Penalty for noncompliance with NRS 179.197. Any officer who delivers to the agent for extradition of the demanding state a person in the officer’s custody under the Governor’s warrant, in willful disobedience to NRS 179.197, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Added to NRS by 1967, 1100)
