NRS 199.380 Instituting suit in name of another. Every person who shall institute or prosecute any action or other proceeding in the name of another, without the consent of the other person and contrary to law, shall be guilty of a gross misdemeanor. [1911 C&P § 107; RL § 6372; NCL § 10056]
