NRS 1A.230 Actuarial assumptions used in computing benefits: Availability; changes prohibited. 1. The Board shall not change the actuarial assumptions used in computing the benefits provided to a member of the System. 2. The Board shall make available to every member of the System upon request the actuarial assumptions used in computing the benefits provided to a member of the System.
