NRS 201.239 Power of county, city or town to regulate obscenity. The provisions of NRS 201.235 to 201.254, inclusive, do not preclude any county, city or town from adopting an ordinance further regulating obscenity if its provisions do not conflict with these statutes. (Added to NRS by 1979, 364)
