NRS 202.770 Seizure and forfeiture of explosives. Any explosive involved or used or intended to be used in any violation of NRS 202.750 to 202.840, inclusive, or any other law or ordinance shall be subject to seizure or forfeiture of those materials. (Added to NRS by 1971, 1281)
