“Law enforcement agency” defined.

NRS 202.873 “Law enforcement agency” defined. “Law enforcement agency” means: 1. The Office of the Attorney General or the office of a district attorney within this State and any attorney, investigator, special investigator or employee who is acting in his or her professional or occupational capacity for such an office; or 2. Any other law enforcement agency within this State and any peace officer or employee who is acting in his or her professional or occupational capacity for such an agency. (Added to NRS by 1999, 3521)
