NRS 217.560 “Certifying agency” defined. “Certifying agency” means: 1. A state or local law enforcement agency; 2. A prosecutor; 3. A judge; or 4. Any other governmental agency that has criminal, civil or administrative investigative or prosecutorial authority. (Added to NRS by 2019, 4350)
