NRS 223.620 Acceptance of gifts and money by Director; membership of Director on Nevada Technology Council. 1. The Director of the Office of Science, Innovation and Technology may: (a) Accept any gift, donation, bequest or devise; and (b) Apply for and accept any grant, loan or other source of money, Ê to assist the Director in carrying out his or her duties. 2. The Director may serve as a member of the Nevada Technology Council. (Added to NRS by 2001, 2285)
