NRS 226.575 Complaints to be made available to Attorney General; agreement for sharing of information. 1. The Student Loan Ombudsman shall make all complaints received pursuant to NRS 226.570 available to the Office of the Attorney General. 2. The Student Loan Ombudsman and the Attorney General shall enter into an information-sharing agreement for the sharing of complaints between offices. (Added to NRS by 2023, 2876)
