NRS 231.610 “Air carrier” defined. “Air carrier” means a person who provides commercial air transportation to passengers. The term includes, without limitation, an air taxi operator designated pursuant to 14 C.F.R. § 298.3. (Added to NRS by 2019, 2144; A 2023, 2748)
