NRS 233B.1233 Administration of oath or affirmation to witness. Unless limited by a specific statute, any person authorized to preside over a hearing in a contested case may administer oaths or affirmations to witnesses appearing before him or her in the hearing. (Added to NRS by 1981, 80)
