NRS 240.186 “Electronic notary public” defined. “Electronic notary public” means a person registered with the Secretary of State pursuant to NRS 240.181 to 240.206, inclusive, to perform electronic notarial acts. (Added to NRS by 2009, 3018; A 2017, 3448)
