NRS 271.090 “Curb and gutter project” defined. “Curb and gutter project” means any curbs and gutters acquired or improved and appertaining to sidewalks or streets, or both, and all appurtenances and incidentals, including real and other property therefor. (Added to NRS by 1965, 1351)
