NRS 278B.040 “Facility expansion” defined. “Facility expansion” means the expansion of the capacity of an existing facility associated with a capital improvement to serve new development. The term does not include the repair, maintenance or modernization of a capital improvement or facility. (Added to NRS by 1989, 840)
