“Fixed guideway project” defined.

NRS 278C.057 “Fixed guideway project” defined. “Fixed guideway project” means any project to design, build, equip, improve or operate and maintain a fixed guideway or any portion of a fixed guideway and all appurtenances and incidentals related thereto.
