Applicability.

NRS 279.6092 Applicability. The provisions of NRS 279.6092 to 279.60993, inclusive, apply only to a redevelopment project undertaken in a redevelopment area of a city whose population is 500,000 or more. (Added to NRS by 2013, 1572; A 2021, 2164)
