NRS 284.014 No contractual right to employment created or conferred by chapter or regulations; appointing authority prohibited from executing employment contract with state employee; exception. 1. This chapter and the regulations adopted pursuant thereto do not create or confer upon any state employee a contractual right to employment. 2. Except as authorized by specific statute, an appointing authority shall not execute any contract for employment with any state employee. (Added to NRS by 2023, 3561)
