NRS 293.0455 “Declaration of candidacy” defined. “Declaration of candidacy” means a declaration of candidacy that a person must file with the appropriate filing officer pursuant to this title in order to be named as a candidate on an official ballot at any election. (Added to NRS by 2019, 3370)
