Appointment of deputy clerks.

NRS 293.358 Appointment of deputy clerks. 1. The county clerk shall appoint for each polling place for early voting a deputy clerk for early voting who must serve as the election officer in charge of the polling place. 2. The county clerk may also appoint as many additional deputy clerks as he or she deems necessary for the proper conduct of the election. (Added to NRS by 1993, 2170; A 1997, 2779; 1999, 695)
