NRS 293B.165 Tests required before and after counting of ballots; certification of tests by accuracy certification board. 1. A test conducted in the manner prescribed in subsections 1 and 2 of NRS 293B.155 must be conducted immediately before the start of the official count of the ballots and again within 24 hours after the official count of the ballots. 2.
