NRS 293C.293 Notice of result of challenge. 1. As soon as practicable, but in no case later than 21 calendar days after each election, the city clerk shall mail a notice to each person who is listed on the challenge list as a registered voter who initiated a challenge pursuant to NRS 293C.292. 2. The notice mailed pursuant to subsection 1 must indicate: (a) The name of the person who was challenged, if known; and (b) The result of the challenge. (Added to NRS by 2001, 1951)
