Regular sessions; issuance of writs.

NRS 2A.180 Regular sessions; issuance of writs. The Court of Appeals shall: 1. Hold such regular sessions during each calendar year as are necessary to dispose of its business. 2. Always be open for the issuance of writs. (Added to NRS by 2013, 1708)
