Absence from State; forfeiture of office.

NRS 2A.210 Absence from State; forfeiture of office. A judge of the Court of Appeals shall not absent himself or herself from this State for more than 90 consecutive days. A violation of the provisions of this section shall work a forfeiture of office. (Added to NRS by 2013, 1708)
