“Essential worker” defined.

NRS 319.725 “Essential worker” defined. “Essential worker” means a person employed in: 1. Health care; 2. Education; 3. Public safety; 4. Construction labor; or 5. Any other industry that is a critical sector of employment in this State, as determined by executive order of the Governor. (Added to NRS by 2025, 2780)
