NRS 350.580 General obligations: Types of securities. The municipality may issue as general obligations any of the following types of municipal securities: 1. Notes; 2. Warrants; 3. Interim debentures; 4. Bonds; and 5. Temporary bonds, Ê payable from taxes, or payable from taxes and additionally securing such payment by a pledge of net revenues or gross revenues, as the governing body may determine, except as may be otherwise provided in any act supplemental hereto.
