NRS 353D.260 Limitation on effect of action by Board of Trustees; imposition of obligations on State or pledge of State’s credit prohibited. 1. An act or undertaking of the Board does not constitute a debt of the State of Nevada, or any political subdivision thereof, or a pledge of the full faith and credit of the State of Nevada, or of any political subdivision thereof, and is payable solely from the Trust. 2. The Board may not impose any obligations on the State or pledge the credit of the State.
