NRS 360A.290 Execution: Issuance; sales. Execution must issue upon the judgment upon request of the Department in the same manner as execution may issue upon other judgments, and sales must be held under the execution, as provided in chapter 21 of NRS. (Added to NRS by 1999, 995)
