NRS 366.089 “Storage tank” defined. “Storage tank” means any container designed to transport or store fuel, including, without limitation, a fuel tank on a motor vehicle that is used to supply fuel for the propulsion of the motor vehicle. (Added to NRS by 1999, 1272)
