“Beer” defined.

NRS 369.010 “Beer” defined. As used in this chapter, “beer” means any beverage obtained by the alcoholic fermentation of any infusion or decoction of barley, malt, hops, or any other similar product, or any combination thereof, in water. [Part 1:160:1935; A 1945, 371; 1947, 645; 1943 NCL § 3690.01]
