“Cigarette package” defined.

NRS 370.013 “Cigarette package” defined. “Cigarette package” means the individual pack, box or other container that contains a cigarette. The term does not include a container that itself contains other containers, such as a carton of cigarettes. (Added to NRS by 2005, 1185)
