NRS 386.422 “Integrated pest management” defined. As used in NRS 386.422 to 386.428, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, “integrated pest management” means a strategy for controlling pests and weeds with minimal use of pesticides or herbicides. (Added to NRS by 2019, 1941)
