NRS 388D.060 Discrimination prohibited. No regulation or policy of the State Board, any school district or any other governmental entity may infringe upon the right of a parent to educate his or her child based on religious preference unless it is: 1. Essential to further a compelling governmental interest; and 2. The least restrictive means of furthering that compelling governmental interest.
