NRS 392.307 Penalty for failure to make report. Any person who knowingly and willfully violates the provisions of NRS 392.303 is guilty of: 1. For the first violation, a misdemeanor. 2. For each subsequent violation, a gross misdemeanor. (Added to NRS by 2017, 2084)
