NRS 396.210 Chancellor: Appointment and qualifications. 1. After consultation with the faculty, the Board of Regents shall appoint a Chancellor of the System. 2. The Chancellor shall have a degree from a college or university recognized as equal in rank to those having membership in the Association of American Universities.
